Join us May 24th at The August House in Windsor, Nova Scotia

Led by SHERPA Breath & Cold facilitator Mandy Morgan and Trauma Therapist Michelle Malloy, this unique retreat blends nervous system regulation with deep rest and energetic integration.

Our schedule will be learning, experiencing, then reflecting on that experience. The morning will be the breath and body. The afternoon will be challenging our nervous system to heighten then relax.

Together, we’ll move gently through breath work, cold water immersion, and emotional processing — all designed to help you come home to yourself.
